Lecture in the Salón Capitular del Palacio Consistorial del Ayuntamiento (Palace City Hall) in Granada, Spain. / Initiate the Asociación Civil de Estudio e Investigación del Tango (Tango Studies and Research Center) developing countless initiatives for the promotion of tango / They write an entry in the en el Diccionario de Musicología Español (Spanish Musical Dictionary) published in Barcelona, Spain.

1992. Rodolfo Dinzel is designated a member of the Academia Nacional del Tango de la República Argentina (Argentine National Tango Academy) being his chair the tango called "Yira, Yira".

1993. Workshops in San Francisco, Los Ángeles y Santiago de Chile / Lecture at the Lincoln University (San Francisco, U.S.A.) / Lecture in the Arte Faculty at the Universidad Católica de Chile/ They develop the "La Semana del Tango" (Tango Week) and were appointed as President and Vice-President of the Organizing Committee by the Secretary of Culture of the Federal Government.

1994. Rodolfo Dinzel es designated a member of the Academia Nacional del Tango de la República Argentina (Argentine National Tango Academy) being his chair "El Entrerriano" / Lecture at the Colegio de Escribanos de Lomas de Zamora (Notary Association) / Lecture at the Academia Nacional del Tango (National Tango Academy) / They publish the book "El Tango una Danza" (The Tango, a Dance) Corregidor Publishing House / Appointed Chairs of the Dance Department of the Academia Nacional del Tango de la República Argentina ( Argentine National Tango Academy )/ Tango Dance Workshop at the Centro Cultural Ricardo Rojas (Ricardo Rojas Cultural Center) / Workshop in Fort Lauderdale (U.S.A.)/ Professors of Tango Dance at the Liceo Superior del Tango (Tango High School) / As a result of 20 year of research the "Dinzel system) is established as the official teaching system at the Universidad del Tango de Buenos Aires.
