How
do I know you received my on-line order?
You can be sure your order was placed if, after completing the
purchasing process, you see our "Thank You for Your Order".
If you supplied an email address you will also receive an electronic
receipt from service@tangovox.com
confirming
your order.
How
much do you charge for Shipping?
As
we ship worldwide, it is impossible to calculate your shipping
and handling charges before you log in and view your shopping
cart. Shipping charges depend on
the weight of the package and the country of destination. If
you want more information please go to shipping.
After
you complete your shopping
cart
and log in to your account, you will be shown all available shipping
options and your exact shipping and handling charges. Please make
sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your
order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have
to re-ship an item because of an address error. For further questions

Are
there any custom charges?
Local governments may impose VAT (Value Added Taxes) and or
import duties on shipments from outside your country. These
charges are not related to Tangovox.com
charges and are beyond our knowledge and control.
The
customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees
charged by your government. If you need more information please
contact your relevant government office or the Postal Service
in your area.

When
can I expect the order to be shipped?
Typically all products are shipped within 48 hours after the
order is received. If a product is not in stock your purchase
will be backordered and will be shipped as soon as available.
If the item is in backorder, we will update you on the status
of your order via email. We do not ship or process orders on
Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Please allow an additional
24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.Your credit card will be charged
only after you order has been shipped.
How
do I track my order?
You can access MY ACCOUNT to check if your order has already
been shipped. When the order is shipped you will receive an
e mail with the shipping information and a tracking number you
may use to trace the delivery.
I received
a damaged product. What should I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly
send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you
have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not
be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement
shipments.
How can I pay for my order?
Our
authorized retailer accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Diners Club and Discovery).
Can
I place an order by phone?
No, all orders must be processed on line through our shopping
cart. Sorry.
Is
it safe to use my credit card online?

you charge Sales Tax?
No.
My
order should have arrived already. What should I do?
When the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e mail
with the tracking number for your shipment and an Internet address
from the courier. You may use this information to trace the status
of our shipment on line. If the tracking number is not available
or if you have any other problems please contact
service@tangovox.com
How
can I return the products?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with all Tangovox products. You
may return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling
charges) If you need to return a product you have purchased from
Tangovox please contact service@tangovox.com
to request return instructions. Please include your name, telephone
number, e mail, order number, products you wish to return and
the reason for the return. We will contact you with instructions.
After receiving the product(s) a credit will automatically be
issued to the original credit card used for this purchase. Shipping
charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. If you do
not have a packing slip, you can enclose a copy of your order
confirmation.
What
are your business hours?
Our operation days are from Monday to Friday. The hours are:
Buenos Aires Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
New York Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
London Time: 1:00 AM – 10:00AM
Tokyo Time: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Do you have a print catalog?
No, we don't. We keep adding new products continuously, so a
print catalogue would be impossible to keep up-to-date.
Do
you sell wholesale?
Yes. We have selected dealers all around the world. Dealers
can purchase our products with substantial discount and may
have exclusivity in their territory. If interested, please contact
